Can a Guinea Pig abort one baby and have the others normally?

OK, I bought a guinea pig for my daughter for Easter about 2 weeks ago. I did not know she was pregnant when we bought her. about a week ago I seen her bleeding from her bottom and took her to the vet. Thats how we found out she was pregnant. that was six days ago. The vet did not know much ago Guinea Pigs. But she did put her on a sonogram and she saw 3 babies. The next day she called and said the people she talked to said she would probably abort the pregnancy. This morning about 8:15 she had a still born. It is now after ten and has not produced anymore. Is it possible that the other 2 are or will be OK? She seems to be drinking and eating and she is very calm now. I have never owned a Guinea Pig so any help would be greatful. Thanks in advance.
