Honest Anwers please but would this not be interesting?

If Man City broke into the top four this coming season. I say "IF" and its a distinct possibility even Arsene and Rafa have said they are a serious threat. but would it not be good to see the monopoly broken and what do you think would happen to the one or even two who could be ousted?. would those still in the top 3 ravage them and take their best players? would any of say Liverpool or Arsenals players still stay with no CL? or even Chelsea? Who do you think Man City would buy if they had that CL place and the Money to offer? It would be interesting would it not? let me know what you think.
