I HAVE NO CLUE WAT TO DO PLZ HELP?

i went to a dance yesterday at mii skool with miii best friend and when i got there every body that i know was there of course anyways i saw the guy that i like and i was about to go talk to him but then this girl went up to him and hug him and he hug her back and then she kissed him so i turned back walked away and mii friend told me just dont look at him or talk to him and he said hey to me and i just ignored him do u think i SHOULD MOVE ON OR SOMTHIN
