the charge is a HS 11359 Poss of Marijuana for Sale, The reason i'am asking is because this person being charged went for the arraignment but was not on calendar the clerk set other day to come again. They showed up again ,and the same happen it was not on the calendar clerk told them to call the D.A office to see if they are actually gonna filed the charges..
