Anyone ever have this..?

this just started within the past two nights. i really have no idea what is going on but... i noticed that one night when i woke up halfway outta my sleep i noticed that my finger and part of my hand was numb. this is very common due to cut off blood circulation and i just shifted position and ignored it. when ifinally woke up later on my left hand in the pinkie area was numb. i didnt think anything of it, until i fully woke up and noticed that the normal characteristics of being numb due to cut off blood wasnt there. and also it was taking a long time relative to the time it takes normally for feeling to return. i started getting worried but slowly feeling came back and eventually it was normal again. the next night the same thing happened. same hand, roughly same area. i notice also that when i wake up it slowly starts going away, but if i fall back alseep again even tho i dont lay on my hand or arm it turns numb again! then comes back when i wake up. this nvr happened in my life b4.
