Why are people nicer to me when I ignore them?

Its common because its happened to me before. when you give people too much attention they tend to be irritated for some reason, and get tired of you, but once you turn around and just totally ped them without word, they NOTICE this pattern and start to miss it, so they try to get that relationship up and running again. sometimes its never the same, sometimes people lose interest. sometimes when people ignore others who try to be nice, they end up missing that and they try to get it back.
