Sharp pain behind my back close to my right ear?

Hi I have a question. I have a sharp pain behind my back close to my right ear and has been happening to me almost 3 months now. It's pain to the point sometimes i think my ear bleed ( but it hasn't). I really don't have insurance right now till next year. I was just wondering what's going on with me.. first i got bad rashes on my back and it hasn't stop from itching. (hives) but then when i scratch it, it hurts like i scratch to hard but i didn't. It is also fallow up severe migraine every morning, it happens for no reason i was just sitting then it happens. please help.
