What is the best way to respond to her unintended rudeness?

I honestly don't know how to respond because for whatever reason the girl thinks what she is saying is not rude. For example the other day my friend and I were talking about modeling and we have this little inside joke about plus size victoria secret models; the girl, my ex friend who is now friends with one of my good friends which is why I am forced to interact with this *****, she then says, you guys probably would be plus size models, because you have curves, no offense. What the h#ll kind of comment is that? Oh and I am a ballet dancer so we were talking about that, by ourselves for whatever reason, and she says, don't you have to be like Hannah to do ballet( our tall skinny friend) no offense. She is freaking fat so why she keeps doing this to me ( I am not fat, but I have always been insecure about my weight for whatever reason even though my bmi comes out as normal and she knows I am insecure. Do you think she keeps doing this because she is angry about our friendship ending? Either way, what is an appropriate response to that type of rude comment? Sorry if the punctuation or spelling is bad I am on uRiuch and can't really see what I am doing.
