Inerrant and infallible?

Properly understood, the doctrine of inspiration applies only to the original doents. God has promised that He would preserve His Word; He just never told us HOW He would do it. God preserved His Word through mcript evidence. By the science of textual criticism, we can produce English Bibles today that are about 99.5% textually pure. Some people may ask, why not 100%, then? The failure is with men, not God. God preserved His Word in the mcripts. But even then, the remnant .5% variation is primarily things like spelling errors in the mcripts, and nowhere is any doctrine really impacted. We have a trustworthy English Bible.
