you say you know her friends' numbers? get to know them, talk to them and stuff, that'll help you 1. get to know what she might be like, and also give you a way to start conversation with her, after getting to know them better, maybe bring up that you sort of knew her in hs and maybe enquire about her info or something, depending, or simply add her friends who youve been talking to on fb and then eventually use this as a reason to add her, if it makes you feel more comfortable, although if you did talk to this girl a little in high school, i wouldnt think adding her on facebook would be that odd, esp going to nearby high schools, you could always just say something like, "itd be nice to have a friend or two before we get there", just some suggestions
