Will ignoring her force her to fess up if she has feelings?

So there is this girl I know who I am absolutely smitten with and she knows it. We are both female...However she has a boyfriend and she likes to 'keep me happy' so she never discusses him and almost lies to avoid conflict. If she knows I like her why would she keep being close friends? In the end it's not beneficial to anyone as I care so much it hurts and she cannot have any meaningul conversations with me. She wants to go overseas with me and she told me she is not telling anyone including her boyfriend. To me she is playing games. I have ignored her contact for the past few days and I just got a message from her saying she would be in town next week (she lives 8 hours away). I have not replied. Why can't she get the hint I can't handle being just a friend. Do you think she will keep harring me? If she does have any feelings at all do you think ignoring her may force her to fess up?
