Will Sonia Sotomayor's appointment to the Supreme Court be the green light for la reconquista of the Southwest?

I wish we lived in a world where war was illegal, i.e. the Mexican/American war, but doesn't look like that going to happen anytime soon. Therefore we American citizens have every legal right to be here. The more La Raza twists the obvious facts, the more it shows itself to be like a house with no foundatioin.
