How much and how often should I feed our * week old Boston Terrier?

We just bought this puppy from a woman who liked to feed her hotdogs and bacon and we have no idea (since the vets office is closed) how much and how often. The puppy chow bag says 1- 1 1/4 cups. We are not sure if that is broken up between feedings per day or if it is all we should give her for the day.
